Main Characteristics
- Estimation of the cost of direct and indirect items
- Cost of items can be determined with six modes — fixed, detailed, budgetary, quoted, partially quoted and imposed
- Items can be reproduced within a project or from other projects
- Importation of a list of items from an electronic spreadsheet
- Totals can be added in order to see the cost for each section, phase, etc.
- Creation of summary items in order to personalize the item cost structure
- Input of the number of bids and estimates
- Definition of unit or fixed-price costs
- Conversion from metric to imperial measurement units or vice-versa
- Manual input of quantities for each resource, or with the help of mathematical formulas or with an external system
- Personalized definition of the types of production (hours, days, etc.)
