At LUQS, most estimation experts are accredited by the AEECQ and have in various fields such as urban engineering, civil / structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical construction, industrial mechanics, environmental and professional support, administration and management services.

The types vary in estimation of budget estimates, detailed estimates to the parametric, allowing our customers to see a real effort to deploy, both in terms of equipment, labor that materials needed for each project.

Parallel to the effort, it becomes simple to carry out risk analysis related to the project, both quantities, materials, products or resources. Finally, we can proceed with the analysis of financial flows and measure its schedule. The detailed estimate can be used at different stages of projects such as estimates of control, changes to current contracts, when applying for compensation as well as for analysis of the cost gap.
