The Resources Manager acts as an « electronic catalogue » of the various cost elements at project level. It also allows the estimator to add, modify, copy and use resources in order to detail item costs.  

  The main features are:

  • Basic Resources (Equipment, Labour, Material, Bulk, Miscellaneous and Subcontractor);
  • Compound Resources (Task/ Assembly, Crew and Material List);
  • Equipment Resources with plugged or detailed rate (operators, fuel, depreciation etc.);
  • Task/assembly Resources that can be used as sub-items representing standard operations or Item work phases;
  • Search and Replace tool;
  • Definition of resources payable according to different foreign currencies;
  • Multiple modifications tool allowing for the simultaneous modification of one or many resources;
  • Bidirectional transmission of costs between reference projects and general databases;
  • Tool for visualizing the resource distribution within a project.
