The Vendor Interaction option gathers the information of all the contractors’ and suppliers’ quotes related to the current bid.

The main features are:

• Link to the address book;
• Vendor selection based on trades;
• Trades may be defined by the user;
• Creation and sending, by e-mail or fax, of personalized documents facilitating follow-up with suppliers, sub-contractors and clients (ex.: purchase orders);
• Interface with Microsoft products;
• Creation and modification of bids as of the analysis screen;
• Enter bids by unit price or lump sum amount;
• Enter sub-contractor and supplier quotes;
• Bid analysis according to companies or trades, allowing for comparison and selection of the best prospective bidder.
